VICK, Melody Melody Borland Vick, 52, of Mount Pleasant, SC, wife of John C. Vick, Sr., died Monday, February 6, 2006. The relatives and friends of Melody Vick are invited to attend her funeral service on Thursday, February 9, 2006 at Seacoast Community Church at ten o'clock. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL on Wednesday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 o'clock. Mrs. Vick was born May 24, 1953 in Ashland, Kentucky, daughter of the late Franklin D. Borland and Charlene Stapleton Borland. She was a member of Seacoast Community Church of Mt. Pleasant, SC. She is survived by her husband, John C. Vick, Sr of Mount Pleasant, one son, Clinton Vick and his wife, Karen, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, two daughters, Abigail Vick and Elizabeth Vick, both of Mt. Pleasant, SC, one brother, Franklin D. Borland of Greenup, KY, one sister, Charletta Phillips and her husband, Randal, of Highpoint, NC, three grandchildren, Madeline, Xavier, and Crispin Vick and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Charletta Vick.
