I remember living next door to her in maryland, she was such a caring human being, i loved her dogs, she was always very polite and would ask me how i was doing in school, and my family would talk to hers, she was lovely, i just found out from my father that she passed away, my deepest condolences, we are going to miss you, Mrs. King

My deepest condolences extended. I graduated high school with Melissa. I met her first in the 5th grade. We became much closer the first three years of high school. I have wonderful childhood memories with Melissa. She was always thoughtful, creative, pensive, kind, and so much fun. I cannot imagine the loss all of her family and friends are feeling. May it bring you comfort that she is fondly remembered by so many souls you may have never even met. She was a wonderful light in this world.
