I rented an apartment in a home on west 10th when I first arrived in GI from Maynard in the 70s. He was a gem of a landlord and I have often thought of him and his kind heart! I am sorry to have read of his passing, but know that he is in a better place and surrounded by love ones whom have preceded him. God Bless! Patti Wheeler

Karen, Dan & Families, So sorry to read of your dad's passing. Have many great memories of living in the basement apartment on 3rd Street, when we were first married. Still can see that redhead boy doing different things. We will miss your dad's Christmas card. Sincere prayers & thoughts are with you & your families at this time. Sincerely, Roger & Marlene Powell
