Remember

Remember her voice.
Remember her eyes.
Remember her tender heart.
Remember her unforgettable smile.

Remember how she selflessly shared.
Remember how she unconditionally cared.

Remember how she walked in purpose.
Remember how she walked in faith.
Remember how she walked in love.
Remember how she walked with grace.

Remember how she inspired.
Remember how she never complained and never seemed to tire.

No longer languish in grief and pain, but instead
honor her until your last breath.
No longer languish in grief and pain, but instead
honor her with each trusting step.
And never ever forget her eyes.

A Reminiscence

YES, thou art gone! and never more
Thy sunny smile shall gladden me;
But I may pass the old church door,
And pace the floor that covers thee.

May stand upon the cold, damp stone,
And think that, frozen, lies below
The lightest heart that I have known,
The kindest I shall ever know.

Yet, though I cannot see thee more,
'Tis still a comfort to have seen;
And though thy transient life is o'er,
'Tis sweet to think that thou hast been;

To think a soul so near divine,
Within a form so angel fair,
United to a heart like thine,
Has gladdened once our humble sphere.

To Karen Sharon Barbara and family of Mrs. Frasier she was a bright light, had a wonderfully distinctive and warm laugh, always had words of wisdom when we spoke, and talked with joy of the day she and her husband would reunite in heaven. You will be missed, always remembered for your kindness and the way you called my name despite arduous days.
You have raised wonderful daughters and I know they will honor you and their dads memories each and everyday that they have breath.
