Matthew Michael Amaker N. Charleston - Matthew M. Amaker, 58, of North Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Monday, October 3, 2022. A service for family and friends will be held at a later date. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel. Matthew was born February 5, 1964 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Nancy May Amaker and the late of John B. Amaker. He loved music and dancing, and will be remembered for making the world a better place while he was here. He is survived by his mother, Nancy M. Amaker and predeceased by his father, John B. Amaker. He is also survived by his siblings, John B. Amaker, II (Betty) and Jean A. Rion (Jackie); niece, Caroline Rion; two nephews, Bryan Amaker, and Bradly Amaker; and many other loved family members.
