I sure miss her. She was a real friend to me. I think about Carrie often and wonder where she has gone. I was her teacher at Angel Oak on Johns Island.Mary Etta loved her family and she always made me laugh and feel better.

I will miss my friend Mary Etta forever. My mom passed on Aug. 14th so I hope they are together.

I am stunned and saddened to hear of my good friends passing. She was a very special person in my life. Throughout the years, I taught Carrie, she and I were like sisters. She was such a positive person. I will miss her as long as I live. She loved her family and her life. Not very long ago, I visited her and I did not know that would be my last.
