Mary Ann McDougal SUMMERVILLE - Mary Ann McDougal, 74, of Summerville, widow of Robert Wells McDougal, Sr., passed away Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Colleton Medical Center. Family and friends are invited to attend a gathering on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 from 3 to 4 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home followed by her Funeral Service at 4 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, 2168 Ridge Church Road, Summerville. Mrs. McDougal was born in Berkeley County, SC, on March 20, 1940, daughter of the late Elias Tupper Harmon and Lavinia Burbage Harmon. She was a Homemaker and a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Survivors include four sons and one daughter: Robert W. McDougal, Jr. (Denise) of Summerville, Glenda R. Floyd (Mike) of Moncks Corner, Greg M. McDougal (Cindy) of Harleyville, James H. McDougal of Nashville, TN and Patrick N. McDougal (Joanie) of Belmont, NC; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; five sisters and one brother.
