Mary Killion Kirlin RIDGEVILLE, SC - Mary Killion Kirlin, 73, of Ridgeville, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Summerville Medical Center. Friends and family may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home on Friday, May 23, 2014 from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock PM. Funeral Services will be held at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, 244 S. Main Street, Ridgeville on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 11 o'clock AM. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, North Charleston. Komen Lowcountry, 9300 Medical Plaza Drive, North Charleston, SC 29406. Mary was born on March 14, 1941 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Calvis C. Killion and Leona (Gibson) Killion. She loved to cook. Mary retired from the Post and Courier as a district manager. She was a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church. Most importantly she loved her family and especially spoiling her grandchildren and her great-grandson. Surviving are: six children: Doyle Gene Stepp, Jr. of Charleston, SC, David Stepp (Wanda) of Summerville, SC, Christine McMillan (John) of Huntersville, NC, Cynthia Stepp of North Charleston, SC, Jack Kirlin (Donna) of Ridgeville, SC, Jim Kirlin (Heather) of Greenville, SC; ten grandchildren: Danny Stepp (April), Tim Bankich (Carrie), David Stepp, Jr., Christopher Bankich, Sabrina Stepp, Jessica Stepp, Sara Kirlin, Emma Kirlin, Will Kirlin and Lily Kirlin; one great-grandson: Wyatt Stepp; one sister: Mazalene Walker of Palestine, TX; four brothers: Curtis Killion of Goose Creek, SC, Carlton Killion (Dolly) of Goose Creek, SC, Basil Killion (Myrtle) of Reevesville, SC, Bruce Killion (Donna) of Summerville, SC.
