Mary Balzac Obituary

I will miss my sister. She was the leader of the family and always set such high standards and good examples. I am so sad but relieved she is at peace now.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time. I will always cherish the many great times with Jane running the show whether it was in VT, Aurora, or FL it was always a treat :) I will truly miss her and all the love she shared with the whole family!

Jane & Dick, you can't mention one without the other. Two names and two amazing people linked forever in many wonderful memories. It is a privilege & honor to have known Cousin Jane since her childhood, her siblings and her loving parents. Jane will always be known for her energy, spirit, fun loving and compassion for others. My prayers & thoughts are with Jane, Dick, the members of her family. Over the years ahead the emptiness of her passing will be eased by cherished memories. Love, Cousin Joe

Dear Uncle Dick, Linda and Jay, Ann and Ray and Granchildren:

We are so sorry to hear of Jane's passing. The memories we have are too numerous to list, but we will never forget the long visits we enjoyed over the years at Stratton,VT, Jupiter, FL, Scarsdale, NY, Charleston, SC and most recently in the family homestead Aurora, NY. We will always cherish those hilarious gatherings from bumper pool tournaments, dinner table "concerts" and extended front porch coversations overlooking Main Street and Cayuga Lake. Jane lived a long, very full and successful life. She is in a much better place now and is looking after all of us. While it's hard to imagine our lives without Jane in it, the memories she gave us during her extraordinary life will be cherished forever. I speak for many in the family who never felt like "extended" members, we became close and that meant the most. Please accept our sympathy and prayers during this time and love to all.
