Marvin Larson Obituary

Always a smile, always a laugh. When Uncle Marvin talked to you, you could tell he was interested, you held his attention. We will miss his visits and remember him fondly.

Your presence in a room was always joyful, loved spending time with you and kathy. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. My blessings to all his family for their loss.

Marvie was my boss and best friend for many years. I will greatly miss him and his never-ending humor. He could always make me smile. He will be missed by many. He raised the 2 pups, Thelma & Louise,from my Momma dog and they loved the farm life like he did. My thoughts & prayers go out to Greg, Jeff, Kim and Kathy Stone. Love to you all.

I am very sorry for your loss. Marv was a good friend and person. I enjoyed many conversations with him.

Mr. Larson was my drivers ed teacher and was the nicest, most patient man. He taught me many safe driving tips that I still use today. He was so fun to have as a teacher because he would let us go to McDonalds! My deepest sympathy to the Larson Family.

He was a great teacher, and a dear friend to many a student at Western High, he will surly be missed.

For thirty five years, I have had the privilege to call Marv my friend. Both Marv and Kathy have been teachers, good friends, and mentors. My heart and prayers go out to Greg, Jeff, Kim and their families. His smile, wit and hearty handshake will be missed.

Uncle Marvin always made us kids laugh. He loved his family and would spend as much time with us as possible. He will be missed because he was loved!

My drivers ed. teacher. He made a bet with me that I would get in a wreck within six months while trying to drive with a hamburger in my hand. Yup. the man knew me well. RIP

Uncle Marvin was an all around great guy. The funny jokes, the hard worker, the family guy, the life lesson discussions and more. His farm in Mich. is beautiful and reflected the love of the land and wildlife he cherished. RIP Marvin, hope they have some potato sausage & lefse up there for you!

I had Mr Larson for a driver's ed teacher. He was a great teacher. He really enjoyed his students. I remember after I graduated stopping in to see him at Woodville when I would go pick up my sister. He always had a smile on his face. I will miss you Marv. God Speed and RIP.

Mr. Larson was my driving instructor. At 51, I still remember and utilize the things that he taught me.

Marv, was part of the Capital Area Career Centers' "old timers" family. We all had great fun back then. Always had a joke to tell and a smile on his face. He now joins many of his old CACC buddies in heaven. Raise a little hell boys and Sue!!! Gonna be missed! -Valerie Getter

Marv was one of the most fun teachers a kid could have had. He "Got it". He wasn't a pushover but he enjoyed his student's and encouraged then to do the best that they had in them. This man was my driver's education teacher and I am proud to tell him he was a great teacher even though he often reminded me that I was not on the "track" with my dad ;) God Speed "Mr" Larson, you will be remembered fondly. I've known Marv for over 20 years and thought a lot of him. He was my mentor when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. We had many good visits and I enjoyed him as a customer in my barber shop but more importantly as a friend.

We will miss you Marv. You were a very good friend.
