I can't say that I'm sad because honestly to this day I realize that I still really don't believe it. Its not real to me yet. I am continually praying for his family and friends. He will be missed.

To the family there's no words of comfort that know one can tell u. Just know that God makes no mistakes he sits high and looks low. On that day he looked around and said my child I see that u are tired so God did what he felt was right called for his child to come back home. We all must live right to make it to our fathers house.

Tragedy is something that leaves you at a loss for words. No one knows the depth of your pain, your grief, your loss. But one thing we do know for certain is that Jesus is a comforter. In times like this, we all need to lean, trust and depend on Jesus. Jesus will fill the void that is being felt by all whose lives have been touched by Marquis. This is a promise that he made - never to leave or forsake us.

I can't believe u gone man I jus talked to u on my bday12/18 n da next morning. Things happen so quick. But at least we all know ur going to a better place. I jus can't believe it im sitting here crying because ur like a bro to me my best friend n I love u marquis. U will always b in my prayers so as ur family...Ill see u one day
