I worked with Mark on Pirate Kids, and just showed it to my nieces and nephews over the holidays. Mark was great and he will be missed.

I did the fight choreography for the Pirate Kids and I've never met anyone as committed to getting everything just right as he was - he was very insightful too - He will be missed.

Sherry,

We are so sorry about Mark's passing. My son Evan (Rex) was in "The Pirate Movie" with him.He was a wonderful role model for the kids.He always had a funny story at breakfast!I hope Evan will have the passion and enthusiasm for the craft that Mark had.

Our prayers are with you and your daughter.

It was a pleasure knowing Mark, sharing our frustration working for Hawkes. I'm sorry I haven't got to see him in the last nearly 2 years. Enjoyed the local productions he was cast in. I supplied you with a tide chart every year while we worked together. I'll look for you at future CofC events.

Sherry, I am so sorry about your loss. It is our loss too. Mark was a talented actor. I worked with him in Le Croisment and Pirate Kids and was looking forward to the second Pirate Kids shoot. I didn't know Mark socially but it was obvious he had a gentle heart and a passion for life. He touched many people. The love he had for his craft will forever remain an inspiration to me. God bless you and yours.

Charleston has lost a very special person. I feel very fortunate to have known Mark and will always be grateful for his guidance in our mutual craft, and for allowing a retired submariner to work with him on his project, The Hunley Readings.

Fair Winds and Following Seas, Mark.

We are going to miss you.
