Marjorie Jean Lauver HANAHAN - Marjorie Jean Lauver, 77, the strongest lady we were blessed to know, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2023, at her home in Hanahan, SC. Jean was born October 14, 1945, in Gore, Ohio, to the late Christine Isabell (nee Warnock) and Clyde V. Geiger. She is survived by her son, Jon E. Wagoner; her daughter-in-law, Linda Wagoner; and brother-in-law, Jay Wagoner. She is preceded in death by her husband, Francis Lauver; and her siblings, Ernie Geiger, Clyde Geiger, Ruth Ann Berry, Christine Wagoner, and Mary Ellen Carpenter. Jean was a wonderful and devoted mother, aunt, and friend. She was passionate about her cross-stitch and fur babies. Jean was a sassy lady with a joy for life and experiencing all there was to experience, while keeping her door and her generous heart open to those she loved. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, from 12PM - 1PM at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life Service from 1PM - 2PM in the chapel.
