Mr. Neal is a Christian beacon showing others the way to Christ. Our earthly loss is Heaven's gain with a humble Servant of Christ. I can visualize Christ saying, You're home my faithful Servant, from a job well done ! God bless the Neal Family during their loss and comfort them O Lord.

Mr. Neal was a principal in many of the years that I was a principal in District Four of Charleston County Schools. His reputation was stellar and the words spoken with his name were always positive.
My prayers are with his immediate family and the school family that he loved.
