Dear Family,
May God grant you peace during this difficult time. I've known Mrs. Grant since I was an adolescent Living on Wilson Street. She was a good friend of my mother Addie and she was "Sis" to everyone but "Chilly" to me because she was so cool. She gave much love and shared her wisdon with all the neighborhood children. I was the one who sent cards to her when she moved to Boston. I will miss her but I am comforted knowing that she is present with our Lord.
Take care and love each other.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
