Gwen and I learned to love and appreciate Marguerite while Brad played the fiddle for The Spirituals (a Spirit-filled southern gospel quartet).
It was our pleasure to visit with her just a few weeks before her homegoing. She was very alert and looked wonderful. We are so thankful for that special time with her.
We have many fond memories of her and her unique way of doing and saying things. We miss you Marguerite and look forward to seeing you in your "new body" with no pain or disabilities. It truly will not be long. You may have been a little slower than the rest of us down here, but you outran us home...cane and all.

Marguerite was my wife, but more importantly, she was my dearest and closest friend for 45 wonderful years. The last couple of years her quality of life was deteriorating and she was in constant pain. Now I know she has two healthy eyes and can see again, can walk again, does not experience pain and is with our Lord in a much better place. I thank God that she went without more suffering, and I will always be grateful for those wonderful years she gave me and the fine son of whom I am so proud. God bless you, my dear. I love you with all my heart. Brad

One time I was invited to dinner at the Caswell's. Marguerite served the most delicious roast beef dinner along with mashed potatoes and a wonderful gravy. I jokingly said, "Yeah, but can you produce a hot fudge sundae?". Sure enough she went out into the kitchen and later presented me with a fantastic hot fudge sundae with homemade sauce. She always made me feel welcome in their home. For that I shall always be grateful. You see, I'm her step-daughter, Brad's daughter.
She was a strong woman, and stuck by my dad thru any hard times they may have encountered. She was the right woman for him. She will surely be missed. Rest in peace, Marguerite. Much love, Paula
