Margie O'Halloran Obituary

Margie Marie Huth Sapera O'Halloran died peacefully at Athens Heritage on November 12, 2012, at age 92.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leo J. Sapera Jr.; her second husband, Frank C. O'Halloran Jr.; and her parents, Robert C. and Nora Huth.
A native of New Orleans, she lived there for over 80 years before moving to Athens in 2005 to be near her only son, Captain Leonard J. Sapera, SC, USN (Retired), and his wife, Eileen; and her grandchildren, Lance (Michelle) Scott, and Leigh Sapera (Joseph) Perno. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren: Collin, Nicole, Neelie, Jack, and Trip.
She has bequeathed her body to the Medical College of Georgia. No services will be held.
Donations in her honor may be made to the Athens Regional Foundation, 1199 Prince Ave., Athens, GA 30606.
