I was so sorry to see that your Mother has left us. You can certainly be comforted in the fact that you gave such wonderful care. You were so devoted to her very detailed dressings. I was impressed with your compassion and patience. She had a sparkle despite enduring so much. It was a pleasure to take care of her. Anne Edwards, M.D.

With her birthday upcoming, I thought of the times we celebrated her birthday while playing bridge around each others tables. I think of her delight and especially her laugh when we would light the candles. She was one of the sweetest people in the world and I am so glad I had the opportunity to know her. As a newcomer to the island in the mid 90's, she taught me a lot about the history of Edgewater Park and how most of the residents are related. I loved her stories of moving her young children to the island...how they complained about being so far out of town.
She often referred to me as her "other" Martha.

My sympathy to Margaret's devoted family. We will miss her very much. She was a good neighbor here at The Village and was cheerful in the face of her trials. It was gratifying to see such loving care from her family.
