Margaret Franich Obituary
Margaret J. Franich of Cortlandt Manor, NY passed away on January 4, 2012. She was 81 years old. Margaret was a Registered Nurse who retired from the Montrose VA Hospital. She was born on August 2, 1930 in Peekskill, NY to Peter and Josephine Kotek Franich.
Margaret is survived by her brother, Anthony Franich and his wife, Joan of Montrose and a nephew Anthony G. Franich and his wife, Diane of Cold Spring.
Visitation is Friday, 2-5pm at the JOSEPH F. NARDONE FUNERAL HOME, Peekskill, NY. Funeral Service and prayers will be offered at 4pm during visitation. Cremation Services "Private".

We were so sorry to hear the sad news of Margaret's passing. I hadn't seen her in a long time, but remember her as always being pleasant and smiling. She was so nice to my son when he was growing up. Our deepest sympathy to Tony and family.

Margaret was a good friend and colleague to me during our years @ the Montorose VA working nights in th NHCU. Were were walking buddies after work doing our laps to make a mile, either around the VA or HHHS track. I will walk a mile in her memory today. May you rest in peace.
