Marcia Sherman CHARLESTON - Marcia Diamond Sherman, 68, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, October 10, 2025. Her graveside service was held Monday, October 13, 2025, in Emanu-El Cemetery (Maryville), at 1:00pm. Arrangements made by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel. Marcia was born March 20, 1957, in Port Arthur, Texas, daughter of Sidney David Diamond and Soretta Estelle Leibson Diamond. She graduated from University of Texas before moving to Charleston in 1983. She spent most of her life working in retail. a job she truly enjoyed because she loved getting to know people. She was a passionate sports fan, specifically for the Longhorns. A woman of deep conviction, she was a firm believer in her Jewish faith, which guided her values, traditions, and the way she treated others - with kindness, generosity, and unwavering love. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching cooking and game shows as well as playing word and board games with friends and family. She is survived by her two daughters, Molly Sherman and Stacey Sherman (Robin) along with her two brothers, Andy Diamond (Andy) and Steve Diamond (Debra).
