My sincere condolences to Mary and the Family. Carl Brown You were truly a servant of God. The many years that You gave to SCFPA were truly needed and a great assest. You and Mary were the Heart and Soul of the Foster Parent Association. You will truly be missed and Your work and memory will live on forever. Whenever You spoke of Fostering a Child one could feel the love and care coming from You and the words that You said. The many Children that You have Fostered have truly been blessed to have been fostered by You and Mary. You were a true servant of God. Rest in Peace.
