Magdalene Lott Williams JAMES ISLAND - Mrs. Magdalene L. Williams 87, of James Island, S.C., wife of the late Jesse N. Williams, Jr., passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024. Mrs. Williams is survived by her children: Allen (Albertina) Williams, Troy (Roseann) Williams, Cassandra (Abraham) Jenkins, L. Nichole (Kevin) Smith, and foster daughter Katrina Webb. She is also survived by her sister Paula Brown-Allen (John), sisters-in-law Shirley Williams, Helen Williams, Annette Lott, Geneva Lott, and Loretta Lott, as well as her adopted children, Isaac Williams, Ayonah Williams, Rashan Williams, Diamond Williams, and Imani Williams. Mag leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to her 17 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends whose lives she touched with her kindness and compassion. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church of James Island, 1110 Camp Road, Charleston, South Carolina. Family will receive friends at the mortuary this evening from 5 P.M. -7 P.M. She will be interred on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Sunset Memorial Gardens 2915 Ashley Phosphate Rd., North Charleston, South Carolina.
