Leonard Repass Obituary

Matthew 25:23 On the morning of Friday, October 10, 2025, in Elizabethton, TN, Reverend Leonard Arthur Repass, Jr. entered the pearly gates of Heaven and fell into the arms of his Lord and Savior. Born on June 10, 1952, in Princeton, WV, Leonard was the son of Reverend Leonard Arthur Repass, Sr. and Dixie Maxine Ruble Repass. Continuing his father's vocation, Leonard began preaching at the age of 16 and dedicated his life to ministry and evangelism. He was a producer for his father's Sunday morning television ministry, Forward for Christ. Together, Leonard, along with his wife Joyce have traveled extensively throughout Tennessee, sharing their faith and participating in outreach activities. Leonard valued time spent with his family and friends, especially when he could tell them about what the Lord had done in his life. In addition to his parents, Leonard was preceded in death by one sister, Beverly Jean Repass, and one brother, Reverend Arnold David Repass. He is survived by his devoted wife, Joyce Price Repass of Elizabethton, TN; his children, Deanna Michelle Carrozzi and her husband Patrick of Mogadore, OH, Jeremy Repass and his fiancé Jennifer Little of Saltville, VA, Brandon Repass and his wife Maria of Mountain City, TN, Ernie Holt and his wife Treasa of Watauga, TN, and Steve Holt and wife Christy of Fortville, IN; six grandchildren; two sisters, Vickie Lynn Repass and Kimberly Diane Wolfe, both of Princeton; and one brother Kenneth Wayne Repass of Princeton. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A service to celebrate Leonard's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Fairview Christian Community Church in Princeton, WV, with Rev. Larry Dyer and Rev. Steve Warren officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour Wednesday at the church.
