Louise Howard Obituary

Louise K. Howard HANAHAN - Louise K. Howard, 90, of Hanahan, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Louise was born November 21, 1934 in Atlanta, Georgia, daughter of the late JS Kent and the late Sara Louise Matthews Kent. She enjoyed reading, quilting and loved spending time with a group of friends that she cruised with. She was a devoted fan of the University of Georgia football. Louise attended the University of Georgia, and after raising her family, she went back to school and graduated from the College of Charleston. She is survived by two daughters: Aleta Burst (Tom) of Summerville, SC and Beverly Duffy (John) of Ashford, CT; grandchildren: Jason Garrett, Sarah Burst, Laurel Zogas(Noah) and Ryan Duffy; and four great-grandsons. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters.
