Louis Wright Obituary

WRIGHT, III, Louis Louis Dixon Wright, III of Mount Pleasant, SC died Thursday morning, April 20, 2006 at his residence. A family service will be Saturday, April 22, 2006 at the family burial site, Magnolia Cemetery at eleven-thirty o'clock. ARRANGEMENTS BY J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Mr. Wright was born April 22, 1962, in Orange, California, son of Louis D. Wright, Jr. and the late Ann McElwee Wright. He attended James Byrnes Academy, the University of South Carolina and Johnson Wales Culinary Arts School. He was an employee of Pathology Service Associates. Surviving are his wife, Sally Jackson Wright of Mount Pleasant, SC; his father, Louis D. Wright of Charleston, SC; and one sister, Sherer Wright Royce of Garden City, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the John Ancrum SPCA, 3861 Leeds Avenue, North Charleston 29405 or the Jazz Muscian Emergency Fund, c/o the Jazz Foundation of America, 22 West 48th Street, New York, New York 10036. Lou was such a special person. I will always treasure the short period of time I worked around him and how he always brightened our days!
