Mr. Whaley was my client and my staff and I were very fond of him. We shared a love for raw oysters and ate them together many times over the years as he would bring them in at tax time. I am very saddened by the news of his passing and regret deeply that I missed his final service. Rest in Peace, Mr. Whaley. We will miss you. Pitts Bellinger.
