Louis Saint Germain Jones CHARLESTON - The relatives and friends of Mr. Louis Saint Germain Jones are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service 12:00 PM, Friday, January 13, 2023 at Mt. Horr African Methodist Episcopal Church, 4360 Highway 174, Yonges Island, SC. Interment - Mt. Horr Memorial Gardens, 4360 Highway 174, Yonges Island, SC. A public viewing will be held Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the North Charleston Chapel. Mr. Jones leaves to cherish his memories: his devoted wife of 53 years, Barbara Washington Jones; their four children: Dr. Cherisse Jones-Branch (Ezell), Dr. Audrey Saint Germain Jones, Deborah Jones-Wheeler (Thomas), and Louis Saint Germain Jones II (Cherie); his grandchildren: Lauren, Louis III, and Lailah Jones; a brother, Wilfred "Fuzzy" Jones as well as a host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, other loving relatives, and special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Benjamin Jones, Sr., and Louise Nowlin Jones; sisters: Wilhelmina Maybank Taylor, Henrietta Jones Howze, Helen Jones Keith, and Iris Caughman; brothers: Benjamin, Jones, Jr., Lawrence Jones, Floyd Jones, Bernard Jones, and George Jones; and granddaughter, Deena Cherisse Branch.
