Lois Shaw Obituary

SHAW, Lois Lois Seabrook Shaw, the daughter of the late William F. Seabrook and Gladys G. Seabrook, leaves to mourn her passing on Sunday, January 29, 2006, a loving daughter Tara C. Falwell, and devoted husband and caregiver William N. Shaw of Maryland. Lois also leaves behind loving and supportive siblings, William F. Seabrook, Jr., Herbert Seabrook, Luther Seabrook, Gladys S. Wilson, Evelyn Thelma S. Gordon, Verbertine Palmer, Thomasina Teenie Cook; step-mother, Carlotta A. Seabrook, aunt, uncles, cherished nieces and nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews, other family and friends. The wake service will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2006. Visitation from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at J.B. Jenkins Funeral Home, 7474 Landover Road, Landover, Maryland 20785. Homegoing service for Lois will be held on Friday, February 3, 2006, at Ebenezer AME Church, 7806 Allentown Road, Fort Washington, Maryland 20744. Viewing: 10 a.m., service 11 a.m. Interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in memory of Lois Falwell Shaw, to the ALS Association DC/MD/VA Chapter, 615 South Frederick Ave., Suite 308, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
