Lisa Martin Pearson MT. PLEASANT - Lisa Martin Pearson, 69, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Sunday, January 7, 2024. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 7, 2024, in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Private Interment will be held. Lisa was born June 3, 1954, in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Luther Carlisle Martin and the late Edith Caroline Poulnot Martin. She loved everything "sunshine related" and could be found outdoors riding horses, or on the beach and boating. She also enjoyed movies. Lisa will be remembered for her love of animals, friends and family. She is survived by daughter, Caroline Pearson (partner, Jon Michael-McDowell) of Mount Pleasant, SC; grandson, Eben McDowell; sister, Suzanne Richardson; and brother, Bruce Martin.
