Linda C. Salley-Weeks RAVENEL - Entered eternal rest on the morning of June 5, 2012, Linda C. Salley-Weeks, beloved wife of Larry Weeks Sr. Residence of Ravenel, SC. The relatives and friends of Mr. & Mrs. Larry Weeks Sr. are invited to attend the funeral services of the latter on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at J. HENRY STUHR WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy, at 11:30 am. The family will receive friends at Stuhr's prior to the service from 10:30 am until time of service. Interment will be at Live Oak Cemetery. Linda (Aunt Linda) was born July 31, 1944, in Charleston, SC, a daughter of David Luther and Mary Lorene Campbell Salley. She was a flight attendant with United Airlines and a member of Ashley River Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Larry (Uncle Leroy), of Ravenel. She is also survived by her brother, David Larry Salley, Sr. of Charleston; her niece, Lori Fitzgerald, and her husband Adam, of Mt. Pleasant; her nephew, David Larry Salley, Jr., and his wife Ann of Charleston; stepsons Larry Weeks and his wife Valerie and Kevin and his wife Shannon of Charleston, and Charles and his wife Florence of Hollywood; two great nieces, Mary-Elizabeth Salley and Bethany Weeks; six great-nephews, David and Jacob Salley, Sean and Michael Fitzgerald, Phillip Weeks and Benjamin Weeks; and her beloved cousin Donna and Larry Russell of North Charleston, along with their daughter and her husband, Cyndi and Alan Albach, and their children Hannah and Jason. Linda loved life, travelling for 33 years with United Airlines as a flight attendant. She loved her travels, but Charleston was home. Charleston is where her love of family and home flourished. She showed her love by opening her home to family, extended family and friends. Linda will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
