Lillie Smith Obituary

Richardez, my deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family. Mrs. Lillie B Smith was my best teacher, my best role model and my best friend! I love this lady! Because of her, I was inspired to become a teacher! She spent a lot of time with me making sure I stayed on track and lived the dream that our forefathers had wanted for us. I am forever grateful for her teaching me to give back and remembering to whom much is given much is required! My heart is heavy at this point. Thank you Mrs. Lillie B. Smith for everything! Mrs. Smith, you maybe gone in the physical, but you will forever Be in my heart ,the way I teach and how I shape education!

Ricchardez, over the years you have shared so much in countless ways with your mom. I pray that one day soon your memories will bring you everlasting peace. Thinking of you with deep and sincere sympathy.

I was so sorry to hear of the death of your mother, Lillie.
When I lived in Charleston many years ago I often
visited Richard and Lillie on line Street . They were both
members of the Choraliers Music Group, we had many
joyful times together. I will keep you in my thoughts and
pray that the Spirit of God bring healing, restoration
and peace to you and your family.
