Lillian Wadford Obituary

Lillian M. Wadford ST. STEPHEN - Lillian McCrea Wadford, 69, of St. Stephen, SC, a former lunchroom supervisor for the Berkeley County School District, died Monday evening at her residence. Her funeral will be 3:00 PM Friday afternoon, March 2, 2012, in the First Baptist Church of St. Stephen. Interment will follow in the St. Stephen Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends at DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday. Mrs. Wadford was born October 1, 1942, in Kingstree, SC, a daughter of James McCrea and Nettie McCutcheon McCrea. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of St. Stephen and a graduate of St. Stephen High School. Mrs. Wadford was a member of the Red Hat Ladies Society, and she enjoyed spending time with her family. Surviving are, her husband, Woodrow W. Wadford, Sr.; two daughters, Linda Floyd and her husband, Herbert, of St. Stephen, and Annette Carr and her husband, Glenn, of Moncks Corner; two sons, Woody Wadford, Jr., and James Wadford and his wife, Doninee, all of Moncks Corner; two sisters, Susie Baylor of Andrews and Ramona Lookadoo and her husband, Steve, of Conway; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
