AS one of Great Aunt Mae's neices, I recall my last visit with her when she was 95. We left her standing straight and tall on her front porch in Olanta, beautful in a lovely dark green suit. Since we live so far away, we were just glad that we had had the opportunity to be with her for one more day. Linda (Graham) Brockman, Fairfield, CT.

I remember the first day of 5th grade walking into Mrs. Moore's class like it was yesterday. That was 36 years ago.

She was a wonderful teacher and a precious person. I am sorry for your loss but sure heaven is a little brighter with her presence today.

Ms. Mae will be truly missed. I had known her ever since I could remember. We lived directly across the street from her. I remember her always picking up pecans and working in her yards. She was so sweet. A treasure in life to have known.

How blessed my life has been to have known and loved my

Great Aunt Mae as I have. She was a joy to be with and an inspiration to all the family. Just last June 22 on her 99th birthday, Curt and I had such a good visit with her and Verna Mae in Olanta. I'm grateful for her long, full, loving life and grateful now that she's reunited with hosts of loved ones who've preceeded her.
