Shirley,
I was shocked and saddened to read of Levy´s passing. I have always known you to be a woman of strong faith. It´s been 24 years for me. If there are any words of comfort that I can say to you now, dear Shirley, it is that God gives us the strength to get through this difficult time.
I read once: `Grief is the last act of love we can give to those we loved; Where there is deep grief, there is deep love.´ I pray that God will comfort and bless you and your family during this time of grieving for Levy.

Shirley, Jackie, and I extend our heartfelt condolences to you and your sons on the passing of Levy. He was not only a dear friend, but a role model and dedicated husband, father, and community leader known for his integrity and commitment. He served as an elder in Charleston´s Beaux Affair Mentoring Program and faithfully advised the Charleston Youth Leadership Council, Inc., displaying loyalty, reliability, and encouragement. Passionate about mentoring, Levy consistently guided young people with honesty and patience. Though deeply missed, his legacy endures, and we celebrate his life, confident that he now rests in God´s presence.
