Levi Augustus Knight COTTAGEVILLE, SC - Mr. Levi Augustus Knight, husband of Julia Metts Knight, died Sunday at the Hospice of Charleston Hospice Center in Mt. Pleasant. He was 94. Mr. Knight was born in Jedburg May 30, 1920 a son of the late Benjamin A. Knight and Clara Buehler Knight. He was the retired owner and operator of K and K Tractor Company in Walterboro, and was the oldest member of Rehoboth United Methodist Church in Cottageville. He was also listed in Who's Who of South Carolina. In addition to his wife of 73 years, he is survived by his children: Loranza D. "Randy" Knight (Linda) of Folly Beach, and Janice K. Brabham (Harry) of Hanahan. There are seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 12:00 PM in the Rehoboth United Methodist Church, with burial following in the Jordan Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 AM in the church sanctuary. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to the church.
