SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO ALL OF THE FAMILY ON THE PASSING OF MY DEAR FRIEND LEROY. HE WAS LIKE MY OLDER BROTHER AND TAUGHT ME MANY THINGS ABOUT LIFE. LEROY WORKED FOR MY DAD AT EDWARDS FOR PROBABLY 30 YEARS. HE INTRODUCED ME TO THE FRIED EGG SANDWICH AT MATROWS GRILL IN NORTH CHARLESTON. I WORKED WITH HIM AT THE STORE EVERY SUMMER FOR 6 YEARS. HE WAS A GREAT MENTOR AND FRIEND AND I AM BLESSED THAT OUR PATHS CROSSED AT THE EDWARDS STORES. MAY HE REST IN PEACE. BLESSINGS TO ALL THE FAMILY AND I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING LEROY AGAIN IN GOD'S HEAVENLY KINGDOM. C.H.BURNS, JR.
