To Lynn and all Roy's family.I am so very saddened to learn of Roy's passing. The only comfort I find is knowing he is together with his Milly again. I knew Roy from Heartland where my mother,Kate Klein, and Milly were both residents. Mom was there for 8 years. I was there every single day as was Roy. They were such a delightful couple. The devotion and care he gave to Milly was exemplary and I was up front and close and saw the beautiful love they shared.
Lynn, the care you gave your dad will come back to you tenfold. The extra time you had with him was a pure gift. Treasure those memories and they will serve you well as you grieve your sad loss. Please know I shall have you (and Roy) in my prayers and thoughts. Rest well with your Milly, dear, sweet Roy.

I am honored to have known Roy Baker since moving to Charleston in 1970. He was a good neighbor, a good man, and a servant of our Lord and Savior. Our loss will definitely be Heaven's gain.

We will not forget Uncle Roy's contagious smile, enthusiasm, and zest for life. Visiting you all in Charleston each summer as a child, was a highpoint for me. Altho I am not with you now, my love and thoughts will always be.

I feel so very fortunate to have been Dad's caregiver these past two and a half years. He enriched my life more than I could ever have enriched his!
David and I are blessed that Donna and Jonathan have Dad's grin! That smile will continue to live on in them.
