Leona Pinckney Obituary

PINCKNEY, Leona The relatives and friends of Mrs. Leona Lynette Pinckney are invited to attend her funeral service 1:00 pm Saturday, January 3, 2008 at Graham AME Church. Rev. Deborah Carter is the pastor and Apostle Benjamin Broughton will give the eulogy. Interment will follow at Hillsboro-Brown Cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Pinckney is Friday 3:00 to 5:00 pm at the funeral home and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the church. She is the daughter of Mrs. Barbara S. Ancrum and Mr. Willie Ancrum, Jr.; wife of Mr. Kelvin Pinckney, Sr.; mother of Kelvin Pinckney, Jr.; grandmother of 2 grands; sister of Leslie B. Floyd (Darell), Simone Ancrum, Donna Gadsden (Ricky) and Derrick Ancrum (Ebony); niece of Mrs. Wilhelmina Grant, Mrs. Gladys Smalls, Evg. Kathleen Fludd , Mr. Jacob Lisbon and Mr. Mathew Rivers (Lillian), the late Mrs. Lelia Lisbon and Mrs. Thomasina Smith.
