Lela was a kind,approachable person and I have pleasant thoughts of her. I met her several years ago. May the Lord bless and continue to surround your family with His love.

I am so very sorry to learn of Ms. Lela's passing. I will miss her.

God is a good God and he's worthy to be praised. My Aunt Lela will truly be missed by all who knew her. She was a very out spoken individual, kindhearted, giving and caring person. I am grateful for the many years we had her in our lives, we are all better because of it. Aunt Lela has moved on to her true home and if we live right we will see her again in that heavenly home. You fought a good fight but God said it was time to come home and rest from your labor and receive your reward. We love you Aunt Lela but God loves you best, tell my Daddy I said hi.

May God continue to bless our family during this time. Although we are sad that Aunt Lela is no longer with us in the physical form, she will continue to live in our hearts. Her loving and generous spirit will forever be remembered. Rest in peace Aunt Lela, The children, grandchildren, and great-grand children of your late brother Alfred Simmons Sr.

To My Family, My heart hurts to see my Aunt leave us ,But God Truely knows best. I will Miss my Auntie we had a very special Relationship ,I will miss her for those trips to Missionary Meetings and other meetings ,I pray that I will meet her one Day.
