Laverne Woodall Obituary

Laverne Bryant Woodall -MACON - Laverne Bryant Woodall age 75 died Tuesday in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2P.M. in the Chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home, with burial in Macon Memorial Park. Rev. Charles Carter will officiate. -Mrs. Woodall was born in Plains but lived in Macon most of her life. Mrs. Woodall as a homemaker and a seamstress. She was the widow of the late L. D. Woodall, and a member of Southside Baptist Church. -Survivors include her children, Pat (Betty) Craig of Macon, Edith (James) Craig of Gordon, Thurmon (Cindy) Craig of Macon and Weymon Craig of Texas; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; sisters, Patsy Thompson of Danville, Edna Thompson of Macon, Nancy Cannon of Cochran and Clyde Leible of California; several nieces and nephews. -Pallbearers will be Eugene Craig, Brain Craig, David Craig, Craig Porter, Bruce Perdue, and Gary Thompson. -The family may be contacted at the Craig residence: 120 Timber Ridge Drive and will receive friends at Crest Lawn Funeral Home Friday 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. -Crest Lawn Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
