To Jackson & Family. I graduated with the class of 1969. I always breathed a sigh of relief upon finding out I would have Mrs Hughes for class. Thinking she was 1 of the most beautiful ladies in the world and a great teacher made it exciting to go to her class. My thoughts & prayers are with you.

To Jackson and family - I am so sorry to learn of your loss. She was an outstanding teacher whose influence in the lives of her students will be felt for many years to come. I've thought of her countless times over the years, and I'm sure I speak for many of us who feel privileged to have been in her classes, learning from one of the best. What a terrific lady in every sense of the word -- she will be missed.
