Dale, I am so very sorry to hear this. We all work so hard and look forward to a peaceful retirement. I know you and the extended families are hurting and in shock. We should have been on that trip and all the others for that matter. Lance was always cool, collected and funny. It was an honor to have worked with him. He will be sorely missed. I do know that he and BIG JOE are having an ice cold bud and Joe will take him to his favorite heavenly bar. I look forward to seeing y'all and have appreciated the post of your beautiful family.

I have many great memories of Lance. I reminisced with my brother yesterday about the softball we played, the Fina station on Montague that was the stop for a cold one after work. He was always a great guy to work or relax with. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers during this time. He will be missed by many.
