Amy, belatedly i'm not surprised but so sad. We were all hoping for Kyle's recovery. He was someone I was so fond of. Great husband and father.
I'm still trying to come to Mary's untimely demise. Don't know I ever will. Bless you and the children. Love michael alexander

I met Kyle and his family in Towson MD as a child. His older brother remains a dear friend and it was always fun to visit the family in those years. So many great memories. One summer a large hole was being dug outside the kitchen window of Hungerford home in preparation for a trampoline set up. Kyle and I dug for many hours over quite a few days to get the needed shape for the trampoline pit. We chatted about everything under the sun and took breaks from what seemed like a never ending dig. Finally some framing was put in place and the trampoline was assembled on top. We enjoyed the fun of jumping with many of the neighbors and friends after that. Kyle was always amiable and engaging along with his uncommonly rich humerus outlook. In his case, the humor was a veinier for the courage of a Roman soldier as he faced much adversity. His focus on looking to God for strength, faith and peace was an inspiration to me. He´ll be greatly missed.

My family lived across the street from the Hungerfords in Towson, Md. My siblings and I spent years sharing so much of our lives with the Hungerfords. Kyle always had a smile and very easy to talk to. Our family always loved having him around and the summer crab feasts we would share as families. The Hungerfords were devoted to their boys and filled their home with love, happiness, and a strong faith in Christ. May he now rest in the healing light of Christ and reunite with his father.
