Kris Kirk Obituary
KIRK, Kris Kris Brian Kirk, 45, of Awendaw, S.C., formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa was killed in an auto accident Saturday, Jan 28, 2006, in Charleston, S.C. Memorial services will be held in South Carolina and in Cedar Rapids at a later date. Survivors include three children, Joshua Wellman, Elise Beck and Alex Sandra Kirk; stepfather, Bill Kramer; a sister, Kari Cerato; and two brothers, Kelly and Kevin Kirk. Also surviving are a granddaughter, Emily Wellman; brother-in-law, Joseph Cerato; sister-in-law, Tracy Kirk, niece, Katie Kirk; and nephews, Spencer Kirk, Joey Cerato and Peter Cerato. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary W. Kirk; mother, Sandra M. Kramer; and sister, Kimetha Ann Kirk. Born June 16, 1960, in Ottumwa, Kris was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he attended Washington High School. He relocated to Awendaw, S.C., in May 2005. SO SORRY TO HEAR OF THE LOSS OF KRIS. HE WAS ALWAYS THE ONE TO MAKE ME LAUGH & TO BRING A SMILE TO MY FACE. HE WILL SURELY BE MISSED BY ALL THAT KNEW HIM.
