Kimberly Ann Temple Summerville - Kimberly Ann Temple, 51, of Summerville, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at her residence. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 6:30 to 7 o'clock at Bacon's Bridge Free Worship Center, 1816 Bacon's Bridge Road, Summerville, SC 29485. A memorial service will begin at 7 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bacon's Bridge Free Worship Center, 1816 Bacon's Bridge Road, Summerville, SC 29485 or Dorchester PAWS, 136 Four Paws Lane, Summerville, SC 29483. Kimberly Ann was born February 14, 1970 in Ames, IA, daughter of the late Jerry Temple, Sr. and Patricia Ann Weiss Temple. She graduated from Summerville High School. Kimberly was very active in her church, Bacon's Bridge Free Worship Center. She was an extremely outgoing person as evidenced by her love for her family, especially her grandchildren. She was known as the "Thrift Queen" always looking for deals; she loved all holidays; she always helped strangers. She loved anything outdoors especially anything by the water. Her children will always remember her smelling like her favorite perfume, Romance, by Ralph Lauren. She loved making gift baskets for those in need. She had a very infectious laugh. She was a fan of all animals. She was a rebel at times, loved a good margarita and enjoyed reading James Patterson Books. She will be sorely missed and loved by all who knew her. Survivors include one son and two daughters: Joshua Temple (Suzanne) of Ridgeville, Morgan Brown (Mitch) of St. Stephen and Rylee Smith of Dorchester; one brother and one sister: Jerry Temple, Jr. of Ridgeville and Chanel Floyd (David) of Charleston; four grandchildren: William Temple, Judson Weeks, Oliver Brown and Jolene Brown; nieces & nephews: Liam, Ella and Addy Floyd and boyfriend: Rusty Rucker.
