Kevin LaMont White, Jr. LADSON - The relatives and friends of Mr. Kevin LaMont White, Jr. are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 11:00 AM in Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, 7396 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC. Interment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road, Charleston, SC. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 20, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the church. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joseph G. White, Sr. and Sarah N. White; uncle, Joseph G. White, Jr.; and aunt, Jocelyn Simmons. Mr. White leaves to cherish his loving memories: his parents, Barbara J. Simmons-White and Kevin L. White, Sr.; sister, Ivory White; grandmother, Claretta Reeves; aunts and uncles, Patricia (Walter) Bauldrick, Barbara Brown, Marva (Merlin) Sabb, Gwendolyn Frasier, Keith (Carrie) White, Esther Wilkins, Miriam Simmons and Leona Frazier; grandaunts, Rosetta Bligen and Nathalie McGill; a host of other relatives and friends; the brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, the Fort Dorchester Elementary School family and the Fort Dorchester High School family.
