We are so sadden to hear of Kevin's passing. He was so special in our lives as he treated our daughter, Tara, as his own. He encouraged her interest in the hospitality field and yet was always very protective of her. the condon family and Avondale Restaurant will always have a special place in our hearts. His kindness will always be remembered.

It was such a pleasure knowing Kevin. He was my manager for a year and we remained in touch when I moved. I was very sad to hear about his death. He was such a good man and he will be greatly missed.

To the Condon Family,

Sorry to hear about your lost. I have many great memories of Kevin as we played together as kids. Although it has been over 40 years now, it sounds as if Kevin became a great man, loved by many. My sympathy to all of you.

I worked with Kevin briefly, but in that time I knew that he was a genuine soul. He was easygoing with a quick sense of humor. My dad also knew him well and thought very much of him. We are both very saddened by the loss. Our condolences to the family.

I never met Kevin personally, but have heard many great things about him from those who were so very fond of him. I have only been with the CFC Food Company for a short time, but I feel a part of the "family", and I just wanted to tell you how truly sorry I am for your loss and to let you know you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I met Kevin 2 years ago at Johnny Ola's, a bartender introduced us. I guess that just shows how big our family is when a bartender has to introduce you to each other. He was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He was kind and generous and spoke highly of his children, his mother and oddly enough of my grandfather. He told me of his past and the mistakes he made and the people who helped him. He gave me his card and invited me to chat with him anytime. I went to Avondale Station one night but unfortunately he wasn't there and unfortunately I never talked to him again. I kept his card in my wallet until just a few weeks ago. I guess I figured he wouldn't remember me if I called. Now though, I think he would have or at least faked it and we could have had beers with ice in them together and talked about how much he loved Charleston and how he had hated being away... I just found out about his death and am sorry I could not give my condolences in person.

Dear Charlotte and family,

My prayers and heart go out to each of you. If there is anything I can do for any of you, please just call. Charlotte has my phone number.

Kevin will be sadly missed. Even though I have been in and out of touch, he has always seemed like family. Last year when we last spoke, he reminded me of this fact.

Sincerely With Love,

Lisa
