Dear Randy,
This Friday(25th) will be 17 long years since you've been gone. So much has happened . We miss you so much and I know Yvonne misses you immensely. We talk about you all the time and the fun memories. There were very tough times too, but By the Grace of GOD, we got through it. So sorry that you didn't get to meet Jaden, Kennedy, Kenleigh, and Dawn Marie. I know you would have spoiled your grandchildren, but it was time for you to go and rest. I will never forget you and always love you.

Dear Randy,
I can't believe it's been 16 years since you were called Home To Be With The LORD. A lot has changed, except our love for you. I wish you could have been here to meet your 3 beautiful granddaughters, I know you would be beaming with joy! You would be so proud of your children, as you always were. I miss all the fun and cherished times we spent and everyone certainly miss you exceptional cooking and beautiful smile. The LORD, Who is our strength , will continue to carry us through, according to His Word. I just re-read through the heartfelt and kind messages. It seems just like yesterday that you were here. The year has gone by so fast, I can't believe it. I could still see you with that smirky grin or smile. Boy, you know that could get under my skin. I remember when you told some people that your daddy could do the James Brown split. I remember you told me, "Mama, I got saved. I was slain under the power. It's not day or night goes by that I don't think about you and cry. You went so quick without saying good-bye. Randy, if I had the power, I would bring you back. Whenever I visit your grave, I would ask the question, why do you want to stay down there? I sure wish that you would come back to me. When I look at your picture, it looks like your smile gets bigger. Well good night my child, I love you.

DEC 25 Randy this time last year you were here in body, I don't know what you were doing, but I believe you were happy. The last gift you gave me I still have it, one day I will use it and got something in the rememberance of you. We went to see you today, I wish I could have put something down and you would reach up and get it. Oh boy, I cry for you night and day, you were gone so quick, words cannot express how much I miss you, I remember the good times we shared, how you drove to Quebec so I could see the church St. Anne Catherdral. I was sorry to hear about your loss. Kenneth Gilbert was my 8th grade Art Teacher at Courtenay Middle School; I still remember and use techniques he taught. You have my deepest sympathies.

Randy, so many people really miss you. There are some that really wish that they could talk to you now. You would have soon have another birthday coming up. I am so glad that the Lord allow you to make it to the age of fifty one. Randy, we have truly missed you. It still donot seem real, but we know that it is. We know that you would have been in the crowd when the President Elect Obama was elected on Nov. 04, 2008. We know that you would have cheered him on! Randy, we knew that you had a zest for life. You lived your ministry! We all love and miss you.

WE WENT TO HER HOUSE WITH SOME OF THE OTHER CHILDREN. THAT MONKEY WAS RIDING ON A DOG'S BACK. THEN YOU TOLD THE MONKEY TO GET ON MY BACK. AND OF COURSE THAT LITTLE THING DID IT. I RAN AROUND THAT YARD SCREAMING, YELLING, AND I WAS SO TERRIFIED. BUT YOU AND THE OTHER CHILDREN JUST LAUGHED. WHEN I TELL MY CHILDREN ABOUT IT THEY LAUGH ALSO. I GUESS THAT'S WHY I AM AFRAID OF ANIMALS. THAT LITTLE 'SPIDER ' MONKEY.LOVE KAREN
