Kenneth Lamar Banks MONCKS CORNER - Kenneth Lamar Banks, 73, of Moncks Corner, SC, husband of the late Myra H. Banks, entered into eternal rest Sunday, December 3, 2023. His Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2023, in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road, at 3:00 pm. Interment, Smyrna United Methodist Church, 724 Cypress Gardens Road. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel. Kenneth was born July 12, 1950, in Charleston, SC, son of the late David Paul Banks and the late Ruby Lou Durden Banks. He loved Carolina football, fishing and spending time with his family. He is survived by daughter, Crystal Nicole Rosier of Moncks Corner, SC; three grandchildren, Jadalynn Judd, Reagan Nicole Rosier, and Morgan Leigh Rosier; brother, David Lewis Banks (Suzanne) of Johns Island, SC; sister, Janie Lou Banks Buesing (Charles) of Charleston, SC; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas Elliot Banks, Jimmy Edwin Banks, and Eddie Durden Banks Memorials may be made to Smyrna United Methodist Church, 724 Cypress Gardens Road, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
