Carol and sons, Uncle Harold & Aunt Libby, Harold and Kenny,
Oh my gosh....I am SO sorry. I can't believe he is gone. He was the youngest of all of us. I guess the Lord decided he had done all of his work here on earth and needed him as an Angel. Unfortunately, I only remember him as a "little one", but he was very sweet and very smart. Then I was lucky enough to meet his wife at the VA Medical Center. Please know my prayers are with him and you, the family. I wish I could take the pain away from you now.
With all my love,
Laney

Chip
My prayers are with your family during this transition. Chip and I were classmates at St. Johns High School and graduated with the class of 81. He was a great, fun loving guy and always had a welcoming and comforting smile. May you find comfort during this time.

Chip and I were friends at St Johns Highschool...we shared some classes and spent a lot of time running up and down the roads going to the beach. His mother was always very kind every time I was over to visit....and was the first time I ever saw a dog that could not bark...his Basenji. I remember his Chevelle that he dearly loved and ended up with his cousin when he got his new Z28.....and that Chevelle was how my wife and I met. Chip had a date with Jac Jac and then she wanted her best friend to go with them so I was along for the ride as the token "blind date".... Afterwards when the girls were gone he told me, "I can tell that you and Christine are going to get married one day!" I might have responded with some sophomoric response that related to his lips on my rear end thinking nothing could be further from the truth. Chip was loyal to his friends and family.....and I wish I would have reached out to him after I returned from my 20+ years in the military. RIP my friend. Christine and I will have been married for 35 years this December 31, 2017. Thank you brother.

My Prayers go out to the Family and Friends of Chip. We worked together for many many years and I have to say he was a perfectionist. Whatever he touched had to be right. I know of no other man any better. Chip will be missed !!!
May You Rest In Peace
